Will Arsenal Buy Higuain?

Over a month now reports have been flying around about a potential move of Gonzalo Higuain to arsenal but with reports surfacing now that they never made an offer one begins to wonder if arsenal really want higuain. Sanogo has arrived but will his youth give arsenal a fighting chance for the league title?.
We are just in the second week of the transfer window but with clubs like PSG and MONACO not holding back on buy-out clauses arsenal should better get serious and splash the cash on Higuain before one of the Arabians casts his eyes on Higuain.
