PSV Eindhoven insist they have no plans to sell reported Manchester United target Kevin Strootman this summer.
United
have been long-term admirers of Strootman and reports have suggested
that David Moyes is planning to make a move for the Holland
international to bolster his midfield options. However, PSV are determined to keep hold of the 23-year-old having already seen Dries Mertens, Erik Pieters and Jeremain Lens leave the Philips Stadion this summer.
PSV's sporting director Marcel Brands says they expect Strootman to stay at the club for another season at least.
"We do not want to lose Strootman this summer. He knows that he will stay at PSV for another season," he told De Telegraaf.
"We already expected Lens and Pieters would leave, but we didn't plan the transfer of Mertens."
