AC Milan are considering making a move for CSKA Moscow’s Keisuke Honda once his contract expires in December.

Honda had been previously linked to the Rossoneri in the aftermath of the 2010 World Cup.
However, a move never materialised for the Japanese international and he remained in the Russian capital.
Despite several injury woes in recent years Honda helped lead CSKA to a league and cup double this season, their first since 2006.
Milannews.it believes that rather than purchasing the midfielder now for a fee, the Rossoneri will wait until his contract with the Russian outfit runs out at the end of the calendar year as there has been no sign that Honda is willing to renew his current deal with CSKA.
The 26-year-old plays mostly as an attacking midfielder and is also well known for the quality of his free kicks, making him a dangerous weapon on set plays.
This season Honda has featured 28 times in all competitions for CSKA, scoring nine goals in addition to seven assists.
