Outgoing Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has agreed terms on a £250k a week deal to become Chelsea’s next permanent manager according to the Daily Star.

The 50 year old Portuguese manager is due to officially return to Stamford Bridge on June 2nd, the day after his final game in charge of Real Madrid, and will put pen to paper on a four year deal that will net him a cool £52m.
Mourinho brings to an end a troubled spell in Spain and will be welcomed back with open arms by the Chelsea faithful who fondly remember the success the former FC Porto and Inter Milan boss brought to the club in his three and a half year spell at the club.
Roman Abramovich has seemingly patched up his differences with Mourinho and is apparently ready to hand his returning manager a hefty transfer war-chest as he looks to improve a squad that is still some way off the Premier League title pace.

Mourinho will be followed to Chelsea by his fitness coach Rui Faria and goalkeeping coach Silvino Louro.
