Juventus have reportedly made a bid for Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic, which may derail a potential move to Arsenal, according to Italian source Tutto Sport.

The Turin giants are keen on bringing in new strikers this summer to strengthen their squad for a Champions League push next year, as well as to help assert their dominance in Serie A with a third consecutive title.
Mirko Vucinic could leave the club after being linked with Manchester United, and Jovetic is seen as a good option for Antonio Conte’s side for a fee of around £20million.
However, while that’s the price Arsenal are being quoted, Fiorentina may up their asking price as they are not keen on selling their star player to a rival Italian team.
Jovetic has previously said that he is flattered by Arsenal’s interest and that he would welcome a move to English football, so the Gunners will be hoping to land their prime target and strengthen their striking options next season as they look to end their eight-year wait for silverware.
The Gunners have also been linked with Gonzalo Higuain, who has been put up for sale by Real Madrid.
